Yz 125 Frame Refurbishing
This frame (used for a build) was restored to it’s former glory. After some cleaning, sanding and some prepping this frame was ready for some factory PJ1 paint and 2 clear coats. After that here are the results :
Lapping Valves/Valve Seal Service
2020 Honda Trx520 Rubicon Lapping Valves and Valve Seal and Piston Ring Replacement. This included all new top end gaskets, an ultrasonic cleaning, cylinder inspection and oem part replacement.
Fork Rebuild Service
2007 Kawasaki Kx250f Fork Seal Service. Only seal and oil replacement *as requested by customer. Forks and bushings were inspected.
